How do I prepare for my session?

Have your questions ready! If you choose the live option, think about the key issues you need guidance on. For asynchronous communication, you can submit up to four questions, so prepare these in advance to make the most of the 24-hour response time.

How does the asynchronous option work?

After booking your session, you'll receive instructions on how to submit your questions via WhatsApp or Telegram. You can ask up to four questions, and I’ll provide detailed answers within 24 hours.

Yes, you can book multiple sessions if you require ongoing support. Many clients find it beneficial to have regular Insight Hotseat sessions to navigate complex projects or personal growth phases.

What if I need to reschedule my session?

You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through your TidyCal link. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

How do I make a payment?

Payments are processed securely online at the time of booking. You will need to complete your payment to confirm your session slot.

Is there a refund policy?

While I would greatly prefer that you reschedule instead of caancel your appointment, refunds are available if you cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, refunds may not be provided, except in exceptional circumstances.
